Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy At Renewing Guidance, striving to ensure you have a fulfilling experience with each of the offerings is the number one goal! Please review these policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling: Digital Products & Courses: Due to the nature of digital products and courses, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Physical Products: For physical items, a two-week refund policy is offered if the product is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, please reach out to right away with photos to begin the process. For lost or stolen items, an investigation of the issue will be done and the appropriate support will be provided. Sessions - Cancellations: At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. - No-Shows: Unfortunately, no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. - Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
